    Here are some scenarios that may occur:

    Q: What if my item(s) arrive damage? (Proof of damage required)

    A: Buyer pays for the return postage - Our products are sent out in the best shipping conditions, multiple layers or bubble wraps is place in each box we sent out with lots of paper padding this method keep our products safe on transit, unfortunately sometimes mail carries are a little careless with the boxes we sent and damage can occur we'll gladly replace the product within 10 days.

    Q: I received the wrong item(s)
    A: We pay for the return postage – Please send the item(s) back to us within 30 days and once received we will immediately send out the correct items via express delivery along with our apologies.

    Q: My order is lost during post
    A: In the very unlikely event that your item is lost during post, we will issue a full refund or replacement

    We normally try to get our items out of the door as soon as possible but due to the nature of this product being personalized and handmade during peak times we will ask for 1-2 weeks for delivery.
