      A: Buyer pays for the return postage - Our products are sent out in the best shipping conditions, multiple layers or bubble wraps is place in each box we sent out with lots of paper padding this method keep our products safe on transit, unfortunately sometimes mail carries are a little careless with the boxes we sent and damage can occur we'll gladly replace the product within 10 days.

      Q: I received the wrong item(s)
      A: We pay for the return postage – Please send the item(s) back to us within 30 days and once received we will immediately send out the correct items via express delivery along with our apologies.

      Q: My order is lost during post
      A: In the very unlikely event that your item is lost during post, we will issue a full refund or replacement (After tracking verification is completed)

    Normalmente tratamos de sacar nuestros artículos lo antes posible, pero debido a que estos productos son hechos a mano y en el caso que sean personalizados y durante las horas pico, solicitaremos una entrega de 1 a 2 semanas.

     

    We normally try to get our items out as soon as possible, but because these products are handmade and in the case they are personalized and during peak times, we will request a 1-2 week delivery.
